2011 16 foot Legend Widebody, 30hp Merc 4 stroke, Trailer in Burritts Rapids, Ontario for sale

All bought new in 2011 from Carson's in Perth (dealer now has another name). I am the only owner and user of this boat. Trailer had been in yard a couple years and I believe it is a 2009. 30 hp Mercury 4 stroke long shaft motor with electric start. (no electric trim). Owners manual and all the stuff that came with it new.
Many upgrades. Nav lighting, two 12 volt plug ins, live well (never used, only used for storage), auto bildge, horn, spare propeller, 6 stainless cleats with custom made fasteners for the boat, trailer jack stand with big wheel, swing away tounge. Spare tire. 2 removable seats. Drink holders. Has always been kept inside heated garage other than when I was using it. It is in excellent condition and very well maintianed. This boat was only used for boat rides, river exploration and the odd camping weekend so it never sat in the water for extended periods of time. It is rediculously good on gas. Top speed of approx 42 to 45 km/hour depending on circumstance.
Going back to school and have decided I should part with some toys to ease the financial strain. I love this boat it has been excellent and hate to part with it.
Has had oil and lower unit oil changed every spring. New spark plugs this year also. Trailer axle equipped with "Bearing Buddies".
